Power Yoga is a fitness-based yoga linking postures with breath. Our classes are 60 minutes long and the room is heated to 95 degrees. Each class contains five essential categories of asana – standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists and inversions. You can expect to work hard, sweat and explore new possibilities for your body and mind.

Our power yoga classes are inspired by Baron Baptiste, a leader in the international yoga community. Our instructors have a minimum of 200 hours of yoga training. All power yoga teachers are certified with the Yoga Alliance and all have studied personally with Baron.
