Class Schedule

* Existing Clients, please use MINDBODY username and password to login.

Registration opens 14 days prior to class and may be canceled up to 12 hours before. Members who register online and late cancel or no-show for class will be charged a $15 cancelation fee. Students with a class card forfeit their class. 

If a class you'd like to attend appears full, we encourage you to show up at the studio. Waitlist spots are released 5 minutes before class starts. 

Latecomers are not admitted.

NOW OFFERING INFERNO HOT PILATES!

YO BK offers 60 and 90 minute classes. Our 90 minute class is the traditional Bikram Method of yoga—2 sets of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room. Our 60 minute class is a condensed version that holds some postures for one set. Both classes are appropriate for beginners.

Our Intermediate and Advanced classes are recommended for students with a regular Bikram practice of 6 months or longer. Advanced class is a $25 drop-in class and is not included in regular membership.

YO BK is now offers Inferno Hot Pilates, the hottest new workout in NYC. This 60 minute class is a full body, low impact, high inten­sity work­out, using mat Pilates prin­ci­ples and motivating music. The room is heated to 95 degrees. Like Bikram Yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates is appropriate for all fit­ness lev­els. It helps tone and strengthen mus­cles with­out the pound­ing of a high impact workout.

On Fridays at 6:30 pm, we hold "NamasNights", a 60 minute self-practice to music. Check our live schedule for the upcoming playlist.
